Each adult should sign an online waiver. (If under age 17, a guardian must sign the waiver.) You will receive a copy of the waiver- show us the completed email at check in.
Where Can You Go?
Rentals
First time paddlers and visitors renting kayaks and Stand Up Paddleboard can paddle along the easy route with fun landmarks; McCovey Cove, LeftyODoul draw Bridge, and Mission Creek Houseboats. Total round trip takes one to two hours.
Experienced paddlers might be able to venture out to downtown San Francisco weather permitting. It helps to have a buddy in exploring a large area for safety.

Two person canoe with 1,300Lbs capacity is available for rental. A canoe is more tippy than a kayak, but effective in portaging large or bulky items. Person with back issue might prefer a canoe because of upright sitting posture.

Group Rental Cancellation Policy
Because a private group rental requires additional preparation, cancellation is refunded as below;

7 Day Policy -20% daily deduction applies within 7 days for a private group event. Change or cancellation could incur a surcharge or transaction fee depending on the severity or complexity.
Weather Cancellation
We usually cancel an event if weather forecast calls for;

- Over 30% of “shower”
- Wind over 20mph

Youth Rental Policy
- Age 18 and over need to sign a liability waiver.
- Age 15 and over with a buddy may paddle without direct adult supervision(in protected area) - still need a waiver completed by an adult.
- Age 10 and over may rent a single kayak(weather-permitting) when paddling with a guardian.
- Age 8 and under will paddle with an adult on a double kayak.
- Small child and infant might be able to fit on a large single or double kayak(life jacket rental fee applies).
