    South beach trip is designed for the first time paddlers and families. No paddling experience is required, and beginners are welcome.

    We will go through a briefing about the area, teach you how to maneuver a kayak. After some practice, you will explore the fun route along McCovey Cove and Mission Creek. Our guides will be on the water to lead the way and give you helpful tips.

    You get an easy to use and extra stable kayak. Double and single kayaks are available.

    Group discount applies for over 10 people. Please call us for availability and reservation.
     

    Prerequisite

    No paddling experience is required, and beginners are welcome.
     

    Include

    Life jacket, paddle, dry bag, wind jacket, splash pants
     

    What to Wear

    Water resistant pants, wind jacket and shoes that can get wet.
     

    What to bring

    Change of clothes and extra shoes in case you get wet from splash. Also consider: dressing in layers, hat, sunglasses, sunblock, contact lenses (better than prescription eye glasses), moisture wicking garment (rather than cotton), and bottled water.
     

    Refund, Change, Cancellation Policy

    • INDIVIDUAL : 24 Hour Policy – You can change or cancel a reservation up to 24 hours before the event. You will receive money back after transaction fee(5%). Please call or email to ask for a refund. After which you will be charged up to $20 per person for change or cancellation.
    • GROUP : 7 Day Policy – You can change or cancel a reservation up to 7 days before the event. 20% daily deduction afterwards. After which you will be charged up to $20 per event for change or cancellation.

     
    Tips

    You could get motion sickness if you are tired, hungry, hung over, or just sensitive to motion sickness. If you are sensitive to motion sickness, eat ginger before the trip or drink carbonated water.
     

    Gratuity

    You are encouraged to tip the guides if you feel they go above and beyond their duty. 15% gratuity is recommended.
